Law of Associations: 100 Q&As
This guide is produced within the framework of “Empowering Civil Society and the Legal Profession” project which is implemented by UG with the support of USAID.
The project aims to raise the awareness of target NGOs on how to deal with the Law of Associations No. 84/2002, deepen and activate the relationship between NGOs and both the Regional Unions of NGOs and officials of the administrative quarters at the Ministry of Social Solidarity, as well as providing continuous legal support for targete NGOs.
