Creativity and the Law
This study is the second part of “Against the Constitution: Written Expression That Leads to Imprisonment”—a study published less than two years ago by the United Group for Law, in cooperation with the German Embassy in Cairo. It examines certain legal provisions that govern freedom of expression in Egypt, while offering proposals for their amendment in light of the 2014 Constitution.
