100 Q&A for NGOs
In the framework of the project “Empowering Civil Society” which is implemented by United Group with the support of AusAID, United Group issued a book with the title “100 Question and Answers” on the NGOs Law, the questions were answered by Mr. Mohammed Bayomi (Expert in the establishment and management of civil society organizations), Mr. Mahmoud Rady (Project manager) and Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Qahwagy (Assistant project manager).
The book contains four sections:
The first section is discussing all the subjects related to establishment phase of the civil organizations, regional and qualitative union, purposes of the association and its rights, non-profit organizations, privileges and exemptions of the association, joining the unions, dissolution of the association and the penalties imposed on NGOs.
The second section is discussing all the NGOs financial issues
The third section is discussing all the issues related to taxes and insurance of the NGOs
And the fourth section contains attachments such as, some ministerial decisions and verdicts issued by the Administrative Court on the problems faced by associations.
