Legislation of Crisis
This book contains discussions and interventions of the attendees at specialized workshop organized by United Group in November 2014 on “Amendments to Article 78 of the Penal Code” in the light by the Legislative Decree No. 128/2014.
The workshop was attended by 75 experts from judges, lawyers, leaders of political parties and civil organizations to journalists, embassy representatives and foreign organizations.
This workshop was chaired by Dr. Mohamed Abou El Ghar, President of the Egyptian Social Democratic Party, Three experts were journalist Anwar al-Hawari, Dr. Ahmed Fathi Khalifa, professor of criminal law at school of Law, Ain Shams University and lawyer Ahmed Ragheb, director of the National Human Rights Group, presented three preliminary interventions on the subject from three different points.
