Mr. Negad EL Borai
Negad Elborai graduated from faculty of law, Cairo university in 1977. In 1981 he obtained postgraduate diploma in criminal law from the same university. After graduating, he worked as an assistant to his mother, Attorney at Law Dr. Kareema Ali Hussein.
Negad Elborai has published over than twenty books and research papers and participated in the preparation of numerous draft laws. He also preformed trainings on media laws and good governance. Elborai also gave lectures on electoral systems for masters and PHD students at Parliament Studies’ Center, faculty of economics, Cairo university.
