An article by Mr. Negad Al-Borai, published in Al-Masy Al-Youm on 09/03/2009, in which he discusses the crises of low wages and the gab between wages in Egypt.
This was the result of a news item ,published in Ahram newspapers, tating that fresh graduate doctors take 150 pounds/month, not only doctors, but also experts of the Ministry of Justice take very low wages and many other employees.
Furthermore, the gab between the average monthly wages of governmental employees is estimated to be thirty folds. Lastly Al-Borai states that there are three steps needed to fix the problem of imbalanced wages. |
